Incredible app for Shopify business owners. The userface is incredibly easy to use and has very useful features. The support from ZOPI is INCREDIBLE. I am beyond impressed by their ability to immediately solve issues. They are always very helpful and always completely understand what I am trying to solve, which results in my issue being resolved immediately. Highly recommend ZOPI to everyone.

Scarlet was able to help me with a complex problem. It was nice talking to a human as she was able to guide me through the process of correcting an order and making sure that it was shipped out. It was nice to be able to contact somebody who had so much knowledge of the process. I am sure I will call again sometime.

Today I received one order and after placing the order customer requested to change the Color of the product. I have contacted in customer care and Ms. Ross assigned me for today and she helped me a lot by making the modification into the order and she explain me the whole process step by step and that's how i fulfilled my order today.
