I would give this NO stars if I could. Nothing but errors when trying to change variants and import or delete products. Had to push all the unedited products to my store and then there were no variants. Complete waste of time. Customer service is half a day behind so could never get this straightened out. Too bad because I really like Ali Express. I'm deleting this app. Hopefully, they get the bugs worked out but by then my store will be up and running.
Awful app that doesn't work properly, clicking on import buttons with nothing happening and support can't understand English. Have to ask 3 or 4 times so they can get the right canned answer by accident. I'm surprised this even exists on Shopify...

Ali Orders is an alternative to Oberlo. It is possible to download the products in different language. I am giving just 3 stars because after imported the products the price rules can not be applied again. You need to edit it manually. Another point is the auto update of the product price. You need to switch it on for each product manually. If Ali Orders will create these feature then I will give 5 stars.

Great & Excellent App. From Ali Express website I can filter to upload from Ali Order to Shopify. Keep it up
Seems great so far, even for a free user an employee was standing by to assist. I have a smaller store and the free version allows for 10 items to be listed at no cost.

Seems easy enough. Took a little time to get things figured out (probably didn't help that I skipped the tutorial). But with the help of Jennie and their online support through the app, we got things figured out in no time!
Good app but it doesn't import all product's photo from aliexpress comparing with Oberlo that it can import all photo from aliexpress sale page

Firstly, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience regarding Ali Order cannot import all photos from AliExpress sale page. At the moment, our app only imports all basic information of the products such as variants, colors, sizes, product details, etc, but not include all information and photos in the description, so that’s the reason you cannot import all photos on AliExpress page.
This is our current limitation, we are aware of this issue, and will note your opinion to our Development team to improve our app function in future release, therefore please help me stay tuned.
