I've been using the app for 6 months now and it's been a total game changer. I would highly recommend it to anyone dropshipping on tiktok using aliexpress - a range of plans make it scalable and the use of AI features is also great.
There's been a few issues but the chat team have been so quick to sort out any issues and have happily done so.

I would certainly recommend this app to others, even though I had an issue with my very first TikTok shop order processing . But thanks to Pauline, I got it all worked out. She was awesome! Stuck with me through all of the headache on my end and worked super hard to get the issue resolved. I appreciated her help very much!

Hallo, ich hatte ein paar kleine Probleme mit den Einstellungen bei Zopi, also habe ich den Support kontaktiert via live Chat schaltet sich der Supporter (Rocy) hinzu und half mir wirklich spitze durch alle meiner Probleme er half mir gute Produkte zu finden und erklärte mir ganz in ruhe wie ich welche Einstellungen machen kann damit der Shop so Effizent wie möglich läuft.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit ihm und zögere nicht ein 2tes mal ihn zu kontaktieren.

Die app an sich ist gut gestaltet und man kann mit etwas hilfe vom support wirklich viel einstellen.

The app has potential, but there are several issues. The German translation is often poor and confusing, making it difficult to use. Additionally, the error messages are vague and unhelpful. Another downside is that the settings keep resetting themselves, which is very frustrating. I hope for improvements!

Fantastic Experience with Zopi!
Zopi was incredibly easy to install and made dropshipping products to my store simple and hassle-free. The online help chat is super user-friendly, and I had a great experience with Daisy, who assisted me—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly helped me with everything I needed. It isn't convenient to search one source at a time in order to then filter and sort by order number. If you could fix it to search both at the same time, that'd be the best. The inconvenience for me is having to search two sources and then cross-filtering the order or list count to determine trust worth sources and costs vs. value. Centralizing seemed like a game changer but I guess ill need to keep
looking
Update: the company reached out to take action on my feedback and implemented some changes to filters so you could look at both sources at the same time. Really impressed by the responsiveness

I heavily recommend this app, especially due to their 24/7 support staff. I've had support from Jennie twice now and she is great, the staff help you problem solve any issues with screenshots, suggestions, and problem solving. They have saved me many hours of stress and frustrationl

Im really satisfied with Zopi, they have a really big soritment and variations when it comes to products and their customer service is exccellent, you can contact them 24/7 and they will alwys help you and solve the problem or the question, i got help today from a staff called "Ross", she helped me fast with my problem, she has really good communication and makes sure that i get all the help that i need.
