I was accustomed to using Oberlo so this was my first time using this app. It was not processing my order, but the agent was able to figure out the problem. She was so kind and patient with me which took away my stress and put me at ease. And now I know how to use it going forward. She was awesome!

We are having issues with orders not getting synched to Aliorders from shopify. I could not get any kind of support for last few days.

I use this app for my Shopify store. I like the chat part of the app. Today Daisy from fireapps helped me to resolve a major problem that I was having with the app. Daisy was kind, courteous and very very knowledgable with all aspects of the app. She went totally out of her way to make sure that I understood exactly what my problem was... she helped me to resolve my problem in a timely manner. She made my day...I actually wanted to keep chatting with her after the problem was solved. Thanks once again Daisy !!! Your Awesome !!!

Der Service ist gut, auch wenn Sie manchmal keine Antwort auf Dinge haben, die im Hintergrund passieren. Wie z.B. dass ich als Verkäufer die Versandemails von Hermes/DHL für die Zustellung beim Kunden erhalte (als ob ich selber das Produkt bestellt hätte und es auf dem Weg zu mir ist). Das nervt und spamt mein ganzes Postfach zu.
