Amazing app with swift responses and exceptional support! Ross and Vivian helped me set up my new supplier through the app, and thanks to them, I earned my first dropshipping order. They also guided me with fulfillment, making the whole process seamless. I'm currently on the free plan but plan to upgrade soon. The future looks bright, and I'm excited to continue this dropshipping journey!

Ross has been helping me to understand how this drop shipment works. I have orders from TikTok and the address is not connecting and the online help was not helpful. Ross has been online helping me via chat. She has been very helpful and patient with me. Thank you so much.

This app doesn't sync correctly with tiktok shop. It's a nightmare!! also they keep charging you after you uninstall the app. Customer service don't resolve anything. Disappointed!!

Regarding your concerns about the refund policy, as a third-party application on Shopify, all payments for your subscription are processed directly through Shopify. This means that Shopify handles the billing when your subscription is activated.
