This was my first time placing an order to fulfill a customer order. The process in and of it self is antiquated and frustrating beyond belief. However, there was light at the end of the tunnel for me because I had the absolute most patient customer support representative, Azalea. Variant images are not being imported properly. I contacted them a week ago and they recognized this issue but it is yet to be fixed.

had to update my review as this app isn't fit for purpose caused me alot of issues tracking not linking correctly, orders not processing etc etc there is a long list was a new error nearly everytime costing time,money, i listed a total 8 different errors i had, the only positive i can say is the customer service is fast to response however they were unable to fix the issues, i've since switched ...

Doesn't function on my Linux desktop PC (running on firefox), just shows a white screen

On my iOS phone thru shopify app it still barely functions, i have a hard time finding the products I'm looking for that can be easily found on aliexpress.com, irrelevant results, etc.

Hi. I am having an issue with the app and i have had no response from the help chat,

Issue: Order was placed and paid on my shopify site. It shows on my ali orders account that it has been paid and has been shipped, however the tracking number is incorrect and i cannot seem to find the order anywhere

It's a good app and easy to use, the only thing I really dislike it's that when you go to the Shopify App Store it says Free to Install. And, after you import around 50 products to your store, you have to pay a monthly plan of $19 if you wanna add more. They should just be honest from the beginning and say that they have in-app purchases. I wouldn't have lost my time.

I have not gotten a sale using it yet.BUT in our store, we had issues with some product variants showing a price of say 19.99 and many showing 0.00 ??? please explain that?????? also MANY items that offer epacket shipping have a shipping cost of 3.98 and the identical item on oberlo is 0.00 cost to ship why is this??
