Hallo, ich hatte ein paar kleine Probleme mit den Einstellungen bei Zopi, also habe ich den Support kontaktiert via live Chat schaltet sich der Supporter (Rocy) hinzu und half mir wirklich spitze durch alle meiner Probleme er half mir gute Produkte zu finden und erklärte mir ganz in ruhe wie ich welche Einstellungen machen kann damit der Shop so Effizent wie möglich läuft.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit ihm und zögere nicht ein 2tes mal ihn zu kontaktieren.

Die app an sich ist gut gestaltet und man kann mit etwas hilfe vom support wirklich viel einstellen.

Application fiable.
Personne à l'écoute (Merci Ross).

Aide pour passer une commande alors que je ne trouvais de fournisseur de remplacement.
Aide pour trouver des produits chez des fournisseurs (ex. Aliexpress).

Je ne souhaite plus utiliser que votre application. Donc, je recherche les produits qui me tienne à coeur dans ma boutique sur votre application.

It isn't convenient to search one source at a time in order to then filter and sort by order number. If you could fix it to search both at the same time, that'd be the best. The inconvenience for me is having to search two sources and then cross-filtering the order or list count to determine trust worth sources and costs vs. value. Centralizing seemed like a game changer but I guess ill need to keep
looking
Update: the company reached out to take action on my feedback and implemented some changes to filters so you could look at both sources at the same time. Really impressed by the responsiveness

Im really satisfied with Zopi, they have a really big soritment and variations when it comes to products and their customer service is exccellent, you can contact them 24/7 and they will alwys help you and solve the problem or the question, i got help today from a staff called "Ross", she helped me fast with my problem, she has really good communication and makes sure that i get all the help that i need.

So every online product in existence, has a bug every now and then. I should know, i'm a CTO for a living. So sure, every now and then theres an issue - and i'll be honest, most of the time its been a user error (my fault), but even when its an issue my end the customer support cannot do enough. Always very responsive, and always happy to help, and always remedy the issue quickly--which is so important for an online e-commerce business. Would recommend again and again! Most recently had the pleasure of working with Ross from the CS team, and as previously mentioned, could not do more to satisfy my needs and issues at hand.

Vivian was a missive help, very friendly and great at communicating what i needed to do to fix every issue I have been having, it made me feel like i am more then getting my moneys worth with Zopi! Zopi is also really easy to use.

Rocy, the support agent, is fantastic. I asked questions via chat, and she responded quickly and patiently until I understood everything. Having such a support system is very reassuring. The app is also easy to use, and if this level of support comes at this price, I think it's a great deal.
