Henry was fantastic in Customer Support, answered all my questions and forwarded me information so I may be informed and may use all the features offered. Answered the chat within seconds, very personable and no question was left unanswered. Looking forward to using this app, I'm already liking the customer service being on top of answering all my questions. Give it a try!

To anybody out there, don't work with Aliorders. There are orders, which just can't get fulfilled for no reason. The app doesn't tell you the reason, it's just failed. Then you loose a lot of time just to fulfill a few orders. I had to contact the support more than 7 times because of that. That isn't enough, even if I paid for the yearly plan, Aliorders tells me that I reached my fulfillment-limit - even if that is not true (my Shopify dashboard and also the Aliorders dashboard tells me that). The worst is, next to a lot of time which I lost, that Aliorders doesn't give back any money on my subscription.

Customer service is legit and helped with a few issues. Managed to get through it and easy to use. Can't wait to start growing my business more with these items.

Wonderful experience! I was so confused at first and Ross was so helpful with helping me understand the drop shipping world! This app is also very easy to navigate and understand!

Support is really helpful especially Clara who helped me overcome an obstacle i was truly confused about and cleared it up for me and it didn't take a long time either. i do recommend this app.
