Not about the app specifically I'm still learning to use it. But Vincent from your support team was amazing! I was new to the service and he made sure I understood how to use the tool.

I am writing this review for outstanding chat support I got from Petey. I spent all day calling Shopify support and sending emails to every support group I had an email address for. My problem was variants showing Sold Out when inventory was really there. That meant customers could not buy the product if they got to the product page. Simply allowing overselling did not solve the problem. However, Petey fixed the problem. He went the extra mile putting in time and effort correcting each variant. I am very appreciative.

I got this app when I had to start paying for Oberlo. The app is good, very easy to use. Sometimes It can happen small glitches, but overall works really well.

Not impressed at all. I've just checked approx 50% of the 35 items listed on my shopify platform (after my first order set alarm bells ringing). Every item viewed so far will cost at least 20% more than the Zopi list price (the order that raised the alarm was +35%.

Not working, support is not helpful, really waste of time. Compare with Oberlo, Ali order process is slow, takes long time to auto complete the address. And today the Ali app is dead and asking me to install the App, I'm done.

1. As you mentioned "support is not helpful", unfortunately we have not seen your conversation between our agent and you. Therefore, please tell us the agent`s name whom you have contact, so we will re-check with them.

2. "Ali order process is slow, takes long time to auto complete the address", you are talking about Auto fulfill orders, right? If yes, please share us how long does it take?
