Excellent customer service. The app works well to track and submit orders from Shopify to Aliexpress.
Would easily recommend, I feel like the support and the pricing is much better than DSERS. Ethan is very helpful.
I am new to this app and want to explore it further, so I can't say so much about the app itself. However, it was great customer service by Vincent :-) So 5 stars for that.
i have subscribe to one year basic plan i have incidentally uninstall the application
and after few weeks when i am tried to install they are again demand to approve basic plan for one year be careful it is fraud application

The reason the app asked you to re-authenticate the charge is that you had uninstalled the app, and then re-installed it. Please rest assured, the charge will not be doubled. In fact, the Shopify bill that you receive will only contain one subscription charge from Ali Orders. Hope this can clear out any misunderstanding.

Very good team support. I was having issues setting up my store and the Team responded quickly to resolve my issues.
