Let me clarify that the subscription was active from the moment you chose the plan until the end of your billing cycle. And it was charged only 1 time during the cycle on the Shopify billing date.

I would recommend this app because of nice representatives like Jennie. She was helpful, very nice and a wealth of information. If i ever have to use the chat again, I hope i get Jennie. She was absolutely awesome!
