I love this app, whenever I need assistance someone is there within seconds and everyone is so very helpful and patient with me, especially Rocy today who was brilliant and knew exactly what to check to resolve an issue. Excellent service. Thank you.

The app is great! The chat feature is a bit unsteady. The text moves around a bit and I'm unable to unpin it from the window and move it around to get better navigation.

I also would like for the ordering process, from order to fulfillment to be more automatic, with the least human intervention required. We have other things to do than having to submit orders, multiple times throughout the day. This feature would help with that a lot.

Otherwise, so far, so good.

Azalea truly helped me when I messed up orders in my shop. She stayed with me and kept guiding me throughout the whole process. Anyone receiving her help will be lucky. I million thanks, Azalea! I hope to be half as professional as you one day.
