Olá, venho por este meio parabenizar a genial ideia, que os desenvolvedores tiveram de criar a estrutura da ZOPI dentro da shopfy, pois isso facilita muito todo o processo ainda mais para quem está montando uma loja e esta ferramenta na minha opnião foi a mais ideal entre todas que eu já vi, por que além de disponibilizar tudo a um clique já contém informações e detalhes muito importantes que agilizam o processo na hora de fazer pesquisa de preços, precificações, integrações, conexões com fornecedores e produtos e o melhor de tudo, está tudo dentro da própria plataforma da Shopfy e não tem a necessidade de ficar saindo da página a todo o momento para fazer pesquisas aleatórias das principais características que citei acima. Continuem com esse excelente trabalho e sinceramente, o que vocês acrescentarem daqui para frente na plataforma vai ser apenas para facilitar ainda mais a nossa vida na hora de fazer Dropshipping por que no mais para mim é a melhor e mais completa ferramenta. E sem contar o apoio ao cliente que é sem palavras, perfeito, ágil e muito preciso na resolução dos problemas, meus parabéns a toda equipe e em especial a Senhora Lana que me auxiliou muito bem em algumas duvidas que tive no dia de hoje através do suporte.
because i canceling my yearly subscription the have my subscrition reduce and abd i have been limited to use this app, i paid for one year and i have one more month ´, but because i have canceling my subscription my accout hase been limited, before canceling my yearly subscrition i can import 250 items and after canceling i can not import the same number of items it hase been limited to 100 or 110. as an advice nobody should use and paid for this scam app. it should be -5 star

It seems there might be a slight misunderstanding regarding our app that I would like to clarify. When you cancel the Zopi plan, your current subscriptions and quotas will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. After that, your account will be reverted to the free plan.
Rest assured, the cancellation will not affect the quotas for any features. One of our teammates has already reached out to you via email and we look forward to hearing from you.

Amazing app with swift responses and exceptional support! Ross and Vivian helped me set up my new supplier through the app, and thanks to them, I earned my first dropshipping order. They also guided me with fulfillment, making the whole process seamless. I'm currently on the free plan but plan to upgrade soon. The future looks bright, and I'm excited to continue this dropshipping journey!

The app is great! The chat feature is a bit unsteady. The text moves around a bit and I'm unable to unpin it from the window and move it around to get better navigation.
I also would like for the ordering process, from order to fulfillment to be more automatic, with the least human intervention required. We have other things to do than having to submit orders, multiple times throughout the day. This feature would help with that a lot.
Otherwise, so far, so good.
Fantastic Experience with Zopi!
Zopi was incredibly easy to install and made dropshipping products to my store simple and hassle-free. The online help chat is super user-friendly, and I had a great experience with Daisy, who assisted me—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly helped me with everything I needed. Excellent service all around. I would definitely recommend Zopi to anyone looking to start or streamline their dropshipping business!
Everything perfect, except when it's time to pay for orders. It's like a nightmare... One time your card gets declined, next time AliExpress glitches and you need to duplicate orders, shows one price in zopi, when you have to pay it's more and etc. Overall everything perfect, i'm really impressed by how the whole program is easy to use!
This app doesn't sync correctly with tiktok shop. It's a nightmare!! also they keep charging you after you uninstall the app. Customer service don't resolve anything. Disappointed!!
