I have struggled with Zopi since the onset and the amount of features for the free version is less than attractive, however, the customer service is always on point to walk me through any issues that I have had and Ross, in particular, stands out as a shining star of this app with his kindness, knowledge, and willingness to get things done

Vivian was a missive help, very friendly and great at communicating what i needed to do to fix every issue I have been having, it made me feel like i am more then getting my moneys worth with Zopi! Zopi is also really easy to use.

Really easy to use app, had a issue as I made a mistake when processing a order but Ross was amazing talked me through what i needed to do to rectify my mistake. Ross was very helpful and fast at responding to my questions.

Rocy was UNBELIEVABLY helpful today. The app has been easy to integrate but I would rate it a 10/10 for the customer service I received. It was quick and incredibly detailed and helpful. It is so nice to get help from a human being that can instantly have access to your account and help answer your questions. Rocy was by far worth every penny I will pay for this app.

The support staff is amazing and available with any issues present. My experience with Vivian from Zopi was exceptional.
