We understand your concerns about the refund policy. As a third-party application of Shopify, all payments for your subscription are processed directly through Shopify. This means that Shopify is responsible for charging the full amount on your account when the subscription was activated. Since the subscription was not canceled, the charge was recurring.

The app is very easy to use. I had the privilege to chat with Minn this morning. She was AWESOME. Helpful, patient, knowledgeable and walked me through everything I needed know how to do. She should be a trainer if not already one. You are lucky to have someone as efficient as Minn.
The assistance Vivian was available to understand my needs and she solved my issue in few minutes. I really recommend Zopi to work with.

i was confused about some of the features however when i used their onsite chat box, Ross was very knowledgeable and made sure to teach me what i need to know! definately trying out this service!
Vivian was a missive help, very friendly and great at communicating what i needed to do to fix every issue I have been having, it made me feel like i am more then getting my moneys worth with Zopi! Zopi is also really easy to use.
Rocy is the best help! She has helped numerous times. Very patient, and kind. I look to continue working with Rocy in the future if I ever need more help!
