Zopi ‑ AliExpress Dropshipping

I just started using this app and their help chat is great. Vivian helped me with my first order.

So far so good. I hope to grow with Zopi. Time will tell. I will say this, I just had a couple of encounters with customer service because I am new at Zopi and Shopify and my experience with both of them was pleasant. My problems were solved I had no issue with their customer service skills. Jennie, the second representative, was incredible and very knowledgeable. If I run into a problem and then find myself in need of assistance with Zopi...I hope I run into Jennie again. ( :-) for Jennie)

La atención al cliente es top, la app es buena, pero lo mejor es el soporte. Funciona genial para importar y sincronizar productos, pero además, me ha facilitado mucho la tarea al buscar productos directamente desde la app.

I'm enjoying Zopi because it's very easy to use and Vivian really explained how it works in a very simple way.
