I extremely recommend this app for everyone doing DSP it has a various amount of sites just like Temu, Ali express and the staff are amazing. I would like to thank Rocy for her time answering my questions as a beginner who needed some guidance, as she managed give the answers at a fast time without being delayed.

Used this app to fulfill Ali express orders by listing them in shopify+ebay. Since this was my first time, i worked with Rocy from Zopi Customer Service. She understood my setups and helped me with the steps for fulfillment. Did not face any issue with this integration and fulfillment steps.

Ross was a huge help in navigating Shopify-Zopi orders, and filled in a lot of blanks when things became murky. I really appreciate their patience and understanding, and know that their assistance makes this app a breeze to work with.
The support I have experienced has been wonderful. I truly appreciate the step by step help and quick response.
It isn't convenient to search one source at a time in order to then filter and sort by order number. If you could fix it to search both at the same time, that'd be the best. The inconvenience for me is having to search two sources and then cross-filtering the order or list count to determine trust worth sources and costs vs. value. Centralizing seemed like a game changer but I guess ill need to keep looking

Was having issues with a test order but Clara was able to get my issue resolved and replied fast!
