It isn't convenient to search one source at a time in order to then filter and sort by order number. If you could fix it to search both at the same time, that'd be the best. The inconvenience for me is having to search two sources and then cross-filtering the order or list count to determine trust worth sources and costs vs. value. Centralizing seemed like a game changer but I guess ill need to keep

Update: the company reached out to take action on my feedback and implemented some changes to filters so you could look at both sources at the same time. Really impressed by the responsiveness

I heavily recommend this app, especially due to their 24/7 support staff. I've had support from Jennie twice now and she is great, the staff help you problem solve any issues with screenshots, suggestions, and problem solving. They have saved me many hours of stress and frustrationl
Im really satisfied with Zopi, they have a really big soritment and variations when it comes to products and their customer service is exccellent, you can contact them 24/7 and they will alwys help you and solve the problem or the question, i got help today from a staff called "Ross", she helped me fast with my problem, she has really good communication and makes sure that i get all the help that i need.

So every online product in existence, has a bug every now and then. I should know, i'm a CTO for a living. So sure, every now and then theres an issue - and i'll be honest, most of the time its been a user error (my fault), but even when its an issue my end the customer support cannot do enough. Always very responsive, and always happy to help, and always remedy the issue quickly--which is so important for an online e-commerce business. Would recommend again and again! Most recently had the pleasure of working with Ross from the CS team, and as previously mentioned, could not do more to satisfy my needs and issues at hand.
beaucoup trop cher, je pensais que mon client recevrait la commande et je me rend compte que rien n'a fonctionné. Je dois payer 70$ pour un truc de 6$ ça n'a aucun sens. En plus vous voulez que je change pour un forfait plus grand pour seulement une vente de 6$

Zopi est une application conçue pour vous aider à passer des commandes en synchronisant automatiquement les informations de votre commande afin de faciliter l'exécution des commandes en quelques clics simples. Le processus n'est pas entièrement automatique et Zopi n'expédiera pas la commande sans votre action et confirmation. Un membre de notre équipe vous a contacté par e-mail pour vous aider à traiter correctement la commande et attend actuellement votre réponse.
