Lily with customer support was amazing in helping me understand the work flow. I was losing my mind as TikTok was canceling orders, and it was a mess. I did NOT know they do not support TikTok orders, but all others are fine, like the website. Lily did an amazing job as I am sure I was not easy to deal with initially. But the problem was quickly remedied and she took her time with me, did not rush through the assistant and provided me with materials to aid further. An excellent addition to the Ali Orders team for sure! I was going to remove the app and use another but she talked me into staying with it. Excellent and above par!
