The support has been fantastic. Ross was very patient with me, clearly laid out possible remedies with clear instructions (and even pictures, showing how to resolve the issue).

So far so good. I hope to grow with Zopi. Time will tell. I will say this, I just had a couple of encounters with customer service because I am new at Zopi and Shopify and my experience with both of them was pleasant. My problems were solved I had no issue with their customer service skills. Jennie, the second representative, was incredible and very knowledgeable. If I run into a problem and then find myself in need of assistance with Zopi...I hope I run into Jennie again. ( :-) for Jennie)
The app itself is decent for AliExpress dropshipping. There can definitely be improvements and features that would streamline the order fulfillment process. All in all, it does make the process easier.
Customer service is always a huge help when having questions or running into issues. 5 stars there for sure.
