Working with the contact agent was easy and no stress. Ciara was nice and start forward to get help from.
The app is user-friendly. "Sort by store" functionality would be a good feature to add to the app because some users have done their research on which products they have in mind and what stores to do business with. Customer service was exceptional, especially from the helpdesk (Ethan).
Ethan was so helpful! The directions he provided was very clear. The screenshot images really helped! Very nice!!!
