Over all the app is useful; However lately I noticed updates to order info and tracking is very slow. I seem to do better when I order directly instead of going through Zopi. I recommend checking your needs before using this app. If you are selling on TikTok for example. You should order directly to get quicker shipping information.

We're sorry to hear that you've experienced delays with order updates and tracking information recently. In some cases, tracking updates depend on when the supplier ships the order and when the shipping carrier synchronizes the latest tracking events, which may cause a delay compared to ordering directly from the marketplace.

That said, this isn't the experience we want for our users. If you have any specific orders where the tracking or order status seems unusually delayed, please contact our support team with the order details. We'll be happy to investigate and work with the supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you need reliable, fast and quality product research and fulfilment service, install Zopi. I have been using fulfilment apps since 2018. Zopi bypassed the others with the new AI app, that works right in your store, as an integral smart part of it. You want new products or versions, here they are, push to your store. Received an order? Already fulfilled. Up to now, I have not received any complaints from customers, at all. You have questions - real humans answer and solve them instantly. Yesterday I clicked somewhere I did not want, Daisy solved it in a minute.

I have repeatedly tried to cancel my plan. Always get an error. Escalated to support several times, never got a response or assistance in canceling my plan.

We'd like to clarify that your Zopi plan was a one-time charge, not a recurring subscription, so there was no active plan that needed to be canceled and no future recurring charge from this plan.

Our support team has also responded to your requests and sent several follow-up emails, but unfortunately, we haven't received a response from you. It's possible that our emails were filtered into your Spam or Junk folder, so could you please check there as well?
