If you know what your doing, it is very easy to use

The app is fine, but the technical support is really very slow. They don't have 24/7 tech support, and even during working hours, they hardly reply to emails. I mailed them on Thursday at 11 a.m. and till Friday night there was no response, so I connected with them through chat and on the chat the executive asked me to wait till Monday.

It's a great must-have app with a committed supportive team behind the scenes that helps you promptly and satisfactorily.
