Monica was extremely patient and helpful with assisting me on importing my first (of many) AliReviews live into my store! Thank you for your patience Monica. Much appreciated.
The app is fine, but the technical support is really very slow. They don't have 24/7 tech support, and even during working hours, they hardly reply to emails. I mailed them on Thursday at 11 a.m. and till Friday night there was no response, so I connected with them through chat and on the chat the executive asked me to wait till Monday.
Easy to use and customer support was helpful thank you.
