Très déçu de cette app sois disant gratuite !
Avec la formule gratuite vous êtres très limiter et n'avez accès à presque rien. 10 produits maximum. J'ai donc pris la formule à 9.99$ et encore une fois ont est limiter, on ne peut pas modifier les textes en anglais, pratique sur un site en français.... Passer votre chemin ;)
Empty Dashboard. So I contacted the customer service but I can only speak with them once by day. I don't have any time for that
This app is a SCAM. Here's why:
1. The post the exact product reviews... word-for-word... for different buyers in different countries. This will create distrust between your store and YOUR buyers.
2. The English translation is a joke.
3. They charge us TWICE for the same app. When we reached out to them we got an auto-response indicating they were on vacation for the Lunar New Year. We waited until after they returned, reached out again, and have heard nothing back except another auto response indicating a system slowdown for about a month. Ar you kidding me?
The app's shortcomings are one thing... but charging us twice and then failing to respond is another. This company is a SCAM and we HIGHLY ADVISE YOU DO NOT USE THEM unless your standards are as low as theirs.
Lisa took me through a roller-coaster of BS without offering a single help or even touching my store.
I installed this app on a one-page store, and I couldn't figure out how to install the star ratings on my page. Already I had installed the stars on my product page and collections page (which are invisible on my store), but not on my sales page. Thankfully I got this message from Lisa:
"I am a real person and I can see that there are no rating stars in your store. Would you like me to help you out setting up that?"
I proceeded to give her access to my store and pointed to her where I needed the stars, then she replied "Let me forward your case to concerned department, Please wait as they will correspond your case during our business hours : 9am-6pm UTC+7." A day later she replied "The rating stars are there on the collection page.
Is there anything else I can help you with?" **AGAIN** I pointed out to her where I needed the stars. Then she replied with her usual generic message "Let me forward your case to concerned department, Please wait as they will correspond your case during our business hours : 9am-6pm UTC+7."
After another 2 days with no help, I asked her if there was a problem installing the stars, and she sent me an article of how to do it!! I asked her why she's sending me an article when I already gave her access to my store, she said she can't access my store, so again, I sent her access, and confirmed she'd logged in. As usual she sent her canned message "Let me forward your case to concerned department, Please wait as they will correspond your case during our business hours : 9am-6pm UTC+7."
Amazingly, she asked me once again where I wanted to put the stars, which I pointed to her *AGAIN*, and received her usual response, "Let me forward your case to concerned department, Please wait as they will correspond your case during our business hours : 9am-6pm UTC+7.". This was followed a few hours later by "Hope you're doing fine. Please let me know if you need more help. I am looking forward to hearing from you." SO FAR SHE HAD NOT TOUCHED MY STORE AT ALL!!
By this time I was running thin on my patience, but I *AGAIN* reminded her where I need the stars, and she replied with her usual BS "Let me forward your case to concerned department, Please wait as they will correspond your case during our business hours : 9am-6pm UTC+7.". A few hours later she writes and asks if I still need help! I replied my patience is running thin, and for the last time, I pointed her where I needed the stars, and as usual she replies "Let me forward your case to concerned department, Please wait as they will correspond your case during our business hours : 9am-6pm UTC+7.".
Amazingly after a few hours and NOT A SINGLE CHANGE DONE ON MY STORE, I got the response "Please let me do the process of closing this case temporarily. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new one, I'm willing to help. Thank you for choosing our app and I hope to have a chance to support you next time."
6 days of total BS - I think she's probably high when she's working, otherwise I can't explain this chain of events.
I had to un-install the app and got a better one, and they got it working within 30 minutes.

The bulk importer is the main selling point for this app as I do not have time to find Aliexpress links, one by one, to copy over to an app when each of my 3 stores have over 1000 products. THE BULK IMPORTER IS NOT WORKING when you also use the Dsers app (because Orberlo is shutting down) . The support team is unhelpful, they cut and paste links from the support documentation ( which I have already read) and then one of the dev team suggested that I delete my other stores ( I have 3) from Dsers so that I can bulk import reviews for 1. This would lead to me losing all the product data for 2 stores rendering them usless, wtf ?!!

Here's David and we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience caused.
In relation to your issue from Dser account because of many stores logging at the same time in 1 account, so you cannot import review in bulk, you need to logout the rest of stores, however we have realized log out one of your store from Dser means removing its data, this is a known issue and we surely noted it to improve it in the next releases
As an alternative solution, please consider to install Ali Orders and it will help you bulk import review like Dser, also because Ali Orders is fully controlled by us, if there's anything wrong with it we can check and fix it immediately

I added this app to my store, but could not get it to show on my site. sent ticket in on day one it has been 6 days and no response so I deleted the app. bad customer services. You should always respond when a client sends a request.

I wouldn't recommend this app.
I installed it ~3 days ago and upgraded it, thinking it would be a good idea, BUT the interface sucks!
I was getting stressed and spending a lot of time on it, trying to fix the default reviews and etc.
So I just decided to cancel it!
I thought there was a 7-day trial after upgrading it but it seems like after upgrading it you're done. I still have to pay the $9 charge by the end of my billing cycle even though I only used this app for 3 days!
Such a waste of money.
