I think live reviews with pictures are an excellent way of increasing your shop's credentials. I think this app makes that easy.

I installed this app and almost immediately support chat popped up asking if I needed help, the support person was Nancy and she was a big help to me. The app looks fairly easy to navigate unless you are technically challenged which I am. With just a few pictures from Nancy and some explanation, I was able to import the product reviews I needed, Nancy showed me how to change the colors so the reviews blended with my store theme better and the whole process was very easy. I recommend this app 100 percent, and the support team seems very dedicated. update.. I logged into the app today to download reviews, and the chat window popped up and Neville asked if I needed help and then notified me that my stars were out of alignment on my collection page and proceeded to fix them for me. Everything about this app is wonderful, and support is really helpful.

Worst app ever! Can't inport reviews, and asked help from support, not fixing it after 12 hours and no one respond too! Highly NOT recommend.
