Like any other app out there. You need a computer to use it. If you don’t have a computer but you do a mobile device; congratulations your s.o.l. What if literally the whole point of starting an e-commerce store was to make enough profit to get a computer. And then do even further dropshipping. It’s very irritating how apps and services don’t take into consideration the limitations For some people.

Unfortunately at the moment, our app can only work on a PC/laptop with its Chrome extension installed that provides the best environment for the app's elements to work properly.

Tried the app, didn't work. Uninstalled it and it's still stuck on my product pages. Don't know how to get rid of it. Thanks for wasting my time...

Here's Johnson from FireApps Customer Support team, and I am very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with our app.

I did a check on your issue, and found that you are using 7000 products without product importing tools like Ali Orders or Oberlo, therefore, you will not be able to import reviews in bulk for all products at once currently. What I suggest you to do now is that please re-importing your products by using one of above recommended apps along with AliExpress, then Ali Reviews will surely assist you to import reviews as much as you want in bulk.

Meanwhile, I am going to bring this issue to Business Development team to consider about bring it to our future releases.

If I wanted to write code I wouldn't have looked for an app in the store! BUT this app REQUIRES CODING! and even after coding the app doesn't work!

What a joke and a waste of time. There where complains that it only allowed one product for the FREE version well it is now two products (I have no words for this). I do understand FREE and I am willing to pay but only if I think it is going to benefit my store, especially when I'm just starting out. They could promote 25-50 products on the FREE version just so you can see if it is going to be a good fit for your store. Also, if you read this and you are customer support YOU need to check your help button it doesn't work.

The app required that I install an extention, which I did. It did not import the product reviews because it said I had the wrong URL. I could not find a URL that they said I should find. Then, I uninstalled it, and now I have an error message on ALL my pages that says, "Liquid error (sections/header.liquid line 439): Could not find asset snippets/alireviews_aggregateRating.liquid. I don't know how to get rid of it. WTH??????

I got this app and didnt like it. I wasted $9. Then uninstalled it and now my store load time is 20 seconds. This app is terrible.
