it's a great app, any store must have it!!!
I have updated my review after customer support reached out and investigated the issue, and found out the different time zone cause the free trial expiry issue,
The customer service was amazing and friendly,
the reason I gave 4 stars is it would be great to give more features for free plan.
Too much money to run the app but very nice service from Scarlet! She was very helpful. Loved chatting w her. :)

i had a problem with the reviews not showing on my website i added a fireapps staff account and emailed them with my problem which they fixed overnight. great app with a great customer support !
I used this app to add the option for customers to leave reviews on my products. THe customer service was great and they answered my questions very well. In the future, I hope they can answer a bit quicker!

This app is great. It just need abit more customisation features for the customer reviews so you could customize it yourself easily. You could but you have to know css coding language or contact the support team and they will do it for you. Great app and a great expirience.

Très pratique et c'est réellement un outil qui optimise sa boutique e-commerce! Les clients peuvent ainsi avoir des avis sur les produits, même si vous commencez et n'avez pas de clients. Maintenant, j'attend de voir si cette application est stable sur la durée... ;)

This app is just so great, recommended to new settlers, but y'all just need to remove the powered by alireview.
