They help you install to get you interested in purchasing but your own your own after that. Faking their support to get your money then they're out once you paid

I spent 2 hours, adding reviews product by product and they are not showing in my shop. YO cant even get somebody to chat.

the App is for free, and they are charging me 9$ a month for it. I emailed, and they said that I installed the paid version??!! All I did was click on get app, where it said for free. Need a refund guys!!

This app has some major flaws. It imports picture reviews even when you check the only content reviews box and does not delete all imported reviews when you click on that box. Constantly importing incorrect variants with picture reviews of the wrong product and there's no way to correct this since the functions don't work!

Customer service is not really ready to help
Once you find a mistake you should start all over again.

I asked for help from a guy named Ken who just wanted me to upgrade a package
And refused to serve

It did not work with PageFly. I've followed the steps but it's blank.

I've tried to contact their support but it's just awful.

It took them a week to give me a very bad answer.

Complete garbage. The reviews stop showing up randomly. I've had issues with them time after time. Go with practically any other app besides this.
