Exactly what i have been waiting for. hooray!!! although i thought it would make a mass import of reviews instead of importing 1 by 1.
GREAT PRODUCT, I love this service, definitely helps customers shop better. I would definitely reccommend this to any seller who sells retail.

I am over the hills happy with this app and the customer service. I am use to downloading apps and there being problems with the integration. And when I first download this app, yes there was a problem. As I was going to email customer support, I found that Ali Review customer support agent, Petey, had already reviewed my page and found the problem. It was around 5AM eastern standard time and he was even willing and able to chat with me. He then accessed my page and fixed the code. It was honestly the highlight of my week. I have never had this type of service before and will recommend them to everyone. Download it now, just do it. Real story and real person. Message me and I will tell you it again.

It's a shame that Oberlo has ceased to exist and that we are forced to migrate to fireapps like this! Their technical support is not trained to handle complex issues, they do not understand the problems well, they lack resolution and logic. I have paid for your application and we have received a medicocre application. We have lost 4 days of work, trying to speak with support. We've sent you screenshots, specifically told you about the bug, and even sent you a video, but your tech support is tech-savvy and has no idea what they're doing. Their responses are short and eager to help only to leave the support ticket open! DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP, IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Hopefully there is some other company that releases an app that actually works and has trained support because they suck.
