Your app was not displaying correctly on my website. I asked you to fix it, and to do so, you requested permissions and disabled the COD (Cash on Delivery) purchase button. The problem is that you didn’t inform me about this, and by the time I realized it, hours had gone by without any sales. That means we were wasting money on ads driving traffic to a website with no purchase option. I’ve lost quite a lot of money because of this. The app itself is good, but giving your technicians access to the site has turned out to be risky

First of all, we are really sorry for the inconveniences that your store had when the Cash on Delivery section has not been displaying.
We understand that you might think it is due to our app's Review Box when this section is under Review Box. However, we only re-synchronized the app widget and review data to make the review load and display properly. We did not take any action on Cash on Delivery section.
From our team, we diagnosed the Cash on Delivery section might be hidden accidentally by anyone or it has been conflicted by the theme code.
You can go to Admin Settings > General > scroll down to the end and access Store activity log to check the action on the theme and Cash on Delivery section.
Or you can grant us a Collaborator Account to check and fix this issue for you.

"Kudosi" (formerly AliReviews) is, without exaggeration, the worst app experience I’ve had on Shopify.
Their support barely speaks English, routinely fails to acknowledge your actual requests, and seems to have no clue how to operate their own app. I’ve had to explain things multiple times only to receive irrelevant copy-pasted responses. When something breaks, which it will, expect hours of back-and-forth with a team that either doesn’t understand what went wrong or simply refuses to take responsibility.
The UI is clunky and unintuitive. The app is plagued by frequent, pointless updates that break your existing settings and custom code without warning. I’ve had to manually redo CSS styling on four separate occasions because of these updates each time wasting hours doing trial and error while support either ghosted me or made things worse.
They refuse to compensate for the time, stress, and energy their failures cause. Not once have they offered even a free month for the inconvenience. Instead, they’ll gaslight you into believing none of it was their fault.
The final straw? A support agent accessed my store during Easter sale weekend and broke existing styling in the middle of a live campaign. I missed out on family time sitting there for hours undoing the damage and still, their team refused to take accountability.
If you're looking for a reliable, professional reviews app this isn’t it. Kudosi is a mess of poor design, worse support, and zero customer respect.

I’ve run into problem after problem trying to use AliReviews for importing and managing reviews. The biggest letdown is the lack of true automatic importing from AliExpress—everything is manual, which is a nightmare for stores with lots of products. I also faced constant bugs and glitches: importers/Chrome extensions breaking, error messages with no explanation, and limits that aren’t clear until you hit them. The bulk import tools aren’t really “bulk”—it’s all repetitive copy-paste, and nothing syncs automatically, even though that’s what most Shopify sellers need. On top of that, customization sometimes resets or just doesn’t work as expected. Support tries to help, but the issues keep piling up. I expected a lot more for a paid app. If you have a big store and need real automation, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
Awful app. It's constantly glitching, it stopped working for me for a while and their support was AWFUL. They basically scammed me. I paid for nothing.
Use Loox or something else if you don't want issues.

I uninstalled this app a week ago, yet I was still charged without my consent. There was no warning, no confirmation, no way to cancel the billing inside the app. Now I’m being told I need to chase the developer for a refund.
This is unacceptable and feels like a scammy practice. Be very careful — even if you uninstall it on time, they will still take your money. I will be reporting this to Shopify and my payment provider.
Definitely not trustworthy.

Still being charged after I canceled an deleted app due To it did not work an i only had the free trail but someone who works for the company added me onto the 14 99 month one without my knowledge be aware!!

Jusqu'ici j'étais très satisfaite de l'application, mais, à ma grande surprise, aujourd'hui en voulant importer des avis, les avis Français (pays de ma boutique) sont traduit...en anglais ! Et ce, malgré mes paramètres clairement choisis, alors que pendant mes dernières sessions d'importation tout c'était très bien passé, là c'est du grand n'importe quoi !

Yesterday, DEV and technical teams have checked and reset review data for your store and unfortunately, the issue happened one more time after the teams' fix.
