Still getting the hang of the app but all-in-all I love the features. I like to think I can navigate my way through websites/programs fairly well, however, I loved that right as I was setting up review imports for my store, Charlotte from eCommerce came to offer assistance. Granted, not much was done on my end yet and I wanted to get an understanding of the program for myself first, but it was clear she was eager to help. I greatly appreciated that and nonetheless, she was polite and courteous. I see that being greatly beneficial for users who aren't quite as technologically savvy or curious as I am.
Really only 4/5 as I haven't quite needed help yet, although 5/5 for ease of use and customer service!

I have the free version and it works wonders, sure you can't have more than 10 reviews and won't let you show any media content in the reviews but everything else is perfect, very intuitive, you can modify a lot of things, really personalizable, if my business works well I'll surely get some upgraded plan, also the customer support is fantastic, had a bug with the star review bar and they fixed it in no time.

I used this app to add reviews to my store. I was having some issues with a prior app so I decided to use this one.
The person that helped me out Vani was very helpful. It was really great that someone can literally do the work for me while I sit back! Great app, the only reason I give it 4 stars is because it is the most expensive review app.

App itself is easy to navigate and pretty straigthforward to use. I had a problem where my reviewes wouldn't show up on my website but I must say the customer support is superB. I got connected to a girl called Polaris and she sorted everything out for me in minutes, it was amazing, great job!

Nice and easy setup with the app, love it. Importing reviews is as easy as 1,2,3.
They support complete integration with DSERs dropshipping.
It comes with an extension that you can use to import directly from Aliexpress.
The biggest downside is that customization is still quite limited, unless you know CSS. They also do not support advanced integrations if you are a developer. (ex. support for AJAX rendering).

I have updated my review after customer support reached out and investigated the issue, and found out the different time zone cause the free trial expiry issue,
The customer service was amazing and friendly,
the reason I gave 4 stars is it would be great to give more features for free plan.
I like the app because of the versatility and variations of review importation as well as being able to edit reviews to be more high quality and fix grammar. Whenever there was an issue my VA Charlette helped me through it.
