downloaded one day, next day there was an error uploading reviews. When I deleted the app, the review option still showed at bottom of description page. I Still dont know what to do. I contacted support but still waiting on a response. I wouldnt DL this
Used this app for awhile....getting a 404 error now, can't use it. Please fix this or I will be forced to use a different app.

Firstly, we are truly sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied since you couldn’t be logged in to our app. The behind reason was due to the maintenance of our servers recently in order to improve our back-end.

When we are facing the CoronaVirus and most all companies are helping us with extending their free trial or bill. I have reached out to AliReviews and they did not help knowing that the world is facing a lockdown and sales are very very hard they did not support us like others sadly they did not care

All the info could be more easy to manage. The support is good, but the good way should be not need to use them. Put the info in intuitive and good manner places, please. But something more is very wrong with this people... When I start using this app, the free option wasn't available. However in the description of the app this option is on. Then I sent a message to support and they said that something was wrong but will fix that. They said too that I could use a trial week and after I'll could change to free plan. Ok. The trail finish and all my 4 days doing the reviews to my products simple disapear. I tried to contact again the support but this option is no more available to me. No answers, no way to recover my work... unless I pay a plan. I'm so furious with this situation!! Why some people think that is Ok make people loose time like that?

No Support!!! i havent been able to put any new reviews after the new update and i hear nothing from them its been 3 days that im losing sales!!!

Reviews doesn't update !!

It's charged as monthly fee, however, the number of product review count was base on all historical data and no way to reset the counter.
E.g. if you imported 100 products review and you want to change some setting, delete and re-import the review again for the same 100 products. It's counted as 200 products reviews used. The only way is to upgrade and pay more to have more product counts you can use until you reach their top plan.

First of all, I would like to make it clear that we do not limit number of imported reviews on historical data. You can remove old, and add news one (I suggest to use In BULK option) as much as you want at any time.
What we limit is number of imported products based on historical data and your plan only. The behind reason is that this action will take a lot of resources from our system, and we want to make sure that all of our valuable customers will get results fairly to deserve what they are paying for our app.

I wouldn't recommend.The app crashed just after the trial expiry and the update. now they are charging me for a whole month.Too bad as the potential was there.

Stupid app, doesn't let me transfer my membership. I paid for the membership, but you don't let me transfer. Then scam my money. I don't recommend this app. They scam me. Now my money is gone. I ask customer service but they no help me. They say im stupid. Make all my customer gone.

First of all, "one app account is used for one Shopify store" is a Shopify Policy, so even we really want to help you, but it is impossible to transfer the subscription, not only for us but also other apps.
Secondly, if you are using our app in another store, we can consider to offer a special discount to that store as our apology, so please help to reply to my email for further discussion.
