The support for this app is a joke. Pray you don't get assigned to "Ken." He can't speak better English than a 3 year old child and tries to get you to upgrade plans. The level of incompetence of their support makes this app not worth the investment.

Donot buy this stupid app. The 24/7 help is hit and miss and their new app upgrade is so glitchy. I paused my subscription only for a few weeks and had to customise all teh settings from scratch. This app definitely slows the load speed as well more than others.

This app has bugs. I changed in the settings to not upload an avatar to my reviews and it doesn't even work properly.. When I delete all of my reviews from the dashboard they still show up on my store. It also doesn't resize well enough on phones. This app is a headache..
