This is probably the worst recurring app ever. You pay $20/month and can only use 20 reviews per product, if you want only 200 then you have to pay $50/month. There are tons of alternatives out there - avoid this at all costs. That's how you ruin a business, overpricing basic stuff.

First of all, it seems like you have never contacted us to get more details information about your concern. Therefore, please let me explain it clearly for you.
In Essential plan ($19.9/month as you could see), we are providing 2 ways to import reviews (from Ali Express and from CSV file). In total, you can have 1000 reviews per product.
20 reviews per product is the limitation for CSV function ONLY, and please check these articles to get more understanding:

Don't waste your money on this. It causes extreme slow load times, it doesn't function on every theme (not even on all shopify approved themes), and it doesn't even import reviews the way it should i.e. when you select "import picture reviews" it only imports 4-5 picture reviews, when the actual item on aliexpress has over 100 picture reviews.
Shitty app. After the 6.0 update, it doesn't work with gem pages anymore and their absolutely horrific support is useless. STAY AWAY and use a better option.

Wouldn't recommend this app honestly unless you're desperate.
The customer service is close to non existent, maybe you'll get an answer once every blue moon so you better be a pro. The app doesn't work most of the time be it on your shopify page or actual site. The editing will crash multiple times and won't save what you're doing, sometimes the reviews you've loaded and edit will just disappear for the fun of it. The app generates names for the reviews but also triple the reviews so each review will show up multiple times but with different names. Now the latest is that you have to have the chrome extension even if you don't have chrome. Nah, you're better off asking people to review your things then paying for this.
Worked OK for a while then suddenly stopped importing reviews (it's main function). No help from customer support. meh. Deleted. will find an alternative.

Normally, when you use the AliExpress link to import reviews, we will take the reviews which are available in that link to import back to your store. Therefore, to better understand and find the quickest way to solve the issue, please kindly tell me more detail of what happened, and AliExpress link you used to import.

Beware of their refund policy and make sure that you have completely uninstalled the app if that is what you intend to do. When you uninstall the app take screenshots.

For your case, as I double checked, you have not uninstalled the app until September 18, therefore, it is impossible for us to issue you a refund for the time that you still used the app. Also monthly you should receive bill from Shopify, so it should give you a heads-up about those charges.

Honestly I don't like what is happening with the costumer service !!!
First day I bought the app the costumer service were very helpful.
BUT now I've been asking for help since 5 or 6 days and they are not doing anything… I send a message they reply after one day and it keeps going ! I am really disappointed !!!! and since 6 days there is 0 progress with my problem... ZERO

Here my honest review and the 4 reasons why you SHOULD NOT GET this app:
1. You do not own your reviews, they own them. You cannot export them to a file in order you could transfer your customer reviews to another provider.
So, if you have hundreds of reviews and you need to change the app, you will have to do it manually; this is copy and paste, one by one. They do so to force you to stay with them.
2. The customer service is just the worst thing I have ever seen in my whole life. They do not speak English and use Google Translate 24/7: Here is a random email I got from them after I advised them I cannot log in to their app to downgrade my plan to the free version (I request this 11 times on 19 different emails):
"Hi There,
Firstly, please help me to go to our app dashboard > Pricing > Downgrade to FREE plan
Please help me to do this and then you can go to Shopify and check that message still exist , please let me know to help you
Regards"
3. The app is SLOWWW, very SLOWWWW. it will increase the loading time of your product page about 200%. They do not use "lazy load picture" so your product page will load all the review pictures BEFORE your product page loads. This is something you do not want to see.
4. This app claims that it is using Google Rich Snippets in order to help you to rate your page on Google Search but it is FALSE. They are going to claim that their app has this functionality but it is FALSE. If you see the product page you will see there is not a trace of any kind of code to do this functionality, even when you press a stupid button they have to "add" this code.

Firstly, please accept this email as our formal apology for the inconvenience has caused to you.
Regarding your issue that you were unable to get into Ali Reviews Dashboard, after checking carefully, I found that you have opened your store again on April 12, 2019, and constantly used our app with Unlimited plan since then.
However, recently in July, there were some issues with your credit card (refer to below image), and that's the reason why you were stuck at the Approve step.
Secondly, I am not sure if you have been charged during July or not, and we would like to refund your money if it has been charged.
To proceed with the refund request, we need the proof of purchase associated with your account (billing screenshot) as a basic requirement to check with Shopify team. Please help me find this by going to Shopify Dashboard -> Settings -> Billing.
Furthermore, I am sadly to know that you removed our app, but I will be more than happy to assist you for re-installing your app, and make sure it works in a perfect way later.
About other feedback, including lazy load, export reviews, I am going to bring them to our Business Development team for considering in our future releases. Besides, I believe there was misunderstanding about Google Rich Snippets, thus I am also interested to investigate further after you re-install our app.
