Now I clearly asked your colleague BEFORE starting my 7 days trial whether I would be able to add video reviews to my amazon and aliexpress reviews and he said yes, and told me this was only available on premium and above. And I gladly decided to start my trial. After 5 minutes, It was clear that Harry signified wrong information and i CANNOT add video reviews manually or automatically with my amazon and aliexpress reviews. So thanks to Harry, I started a 7 days trial which I did not have to do. I have completely wasted this trial thanks to your customer service. Now when I actually want to try out the app again, I wouldn't be able to do my 7 days trial. Thanks Harry.

- For the support from my agent as Harry, we will recheck their work carefully and have a proper training for them in order to avoid it in the future. Also please believe me that single conversation does not reflect the whole support and product quality we have built for years, so we highly appreciate your empathy on this situation

- For your concern, we have not yet supported to upload/add video reviews for Amazon or Ali Reviews reviews. However, we're supporting to upload video review for written review when customers submit their reviews.

I cannot in any way suggest this software; it is unquestionably the worst I have ever seen in my life. Do not purchase in any way. You are wasting your money.

All of the reviews say Lorem Ipsum. Not the actual text. Would be very useful tool if this was fixed, albeit maybe a bit misleading/dishonest considering the reviews aren't actually reviews that were placed on the shopify store.

In relation to your concern, maybe you will get confused between sample reviews in the preview section and the actual review. However, please be advised that the content in the preview is a simulation. This is not the one that will officially display on your store font. On your real page, the actual review will show as it should be

As you left us a feedback "too complicated", I seem not to catch your point clearly. However based on your last concern as you want to import review with 4 and 5 star only, please let me make it clear again due to Shopify's review policy, the setting to import only 4 and 5 reviews are not allowed. As a result, please help me import all reviews => go manage review => filter the low rating from 1 to 3 and select them => remove them at once

Don't get scammed - Amazon import is only from the $19.90 plan... you should have mentioned that in the price chart. You wasted my time...

503 Error all time! What happen with the interface?

I am Anna from Customer support team, and we are deeply troubled that this issue has caused so much distress to you, our valued customer, and have looked into your complaint.

This app is only made for those who spend $14 a month. If you buy the smaller package... you cant even get the urls from the application to aliepxress. Plus, the urls you get from olbero have afillaite urls in them. So, you are screwed unless you pay $14 a month for life.

find another app, this app slows down your website by at least 30% according to all kinds of speedtest out there. They have no solution for this so far! It makes no sense that when you enter the website that the first thing which is loading is their app instead of your home page pictures or product picture. They put their code in the header of your theme file which messes up everything
