1. For the bad support from our agent, they will have a proper training to improve their skill to avoid this situation in the future. Also please believe me that single conversation does not reflect the whole support and product quality we have built for years, and we highly appreciate your understanding in this situation. However for the slow response, hope you understand for us, because some special cases are out of their control and need Dev team for further investigation, so it needs more time to check and fix it completely.

2. For the trouble using our app, we have seen that our colleague is supporting your case with the highest priority and has also sent you follow up email, please let them know so that they can help you resolve all your issues until it's fixed completely.

I've had this app for nearly two years and all it did was give me problems. It all started when they did an update. Every review got deleted on my store while I was getting heavy traffic. They managed to fix it after a couple of hours, but you cannot run a professional online business with that kind of situation. Then, I tried to send review requests, and my god, what a nightmare. I set it to send 30 days after fulfillment and Ali Reviews decides to send emails 7 days after fulfillment. I woke up every day to several customers asking me where their order is... I explained the issue to Ali Reviews customer service and they said it "should" be fixed, which it wasn't after a couple of days. Customer service needs to be more assuring. They tell you what you want to hear, not the reality. This app is very buggy and not recommended for "professional" business owners. I am not ready to delete this app yet because I already have too many imported reviews unfortunetely. If I knew all of this from the beginning I never would have used it. Buyer beware.

My name's Brian. First of all, we sincerely apologize for what happened to you and your store. Besides that, digging into the issue you faced with our Ali Reviews as following:

1. In relation to your review request email, please notice that once your sending time setting is done and you activate "auto schedule requests", all scheduled mails will still be sent according the current setting, so it's the main reason why your orders have been set 7 days after fulfillment instead of 30 days

2. As you mentioned that "It all started when they did an update. Every review got deleted on my store while I was getting heavy traffic", I have checked this unexpected issue happened last year. From now onward, I make sure this will never happen again.

Ali Reviews caused over 20% drop in sales in last two days which was from page speed loading time of almost 12 seconds from our previous 1-2 seconds. Shopify couldn't figure this out over the last two days but finally found it the issue in the code for AliExpress. I'm sure many other customers were affected. Please fix.

When they updated the app, reviews are wrong. Sometimes translated to English. I don't know what they did. It's not even 1 star worth now...

**If you plan on having a store for multiple years, and constantly changing products to keep up with the trends, guess what? You will eventually need to keep upgrading your plan... non stop.. even if the count of products stays the same.

RIDICULOUS: Historical data for imports.. When you open a store make sure you know from the start which direction you want to go...

Example: If you open a store selling kids toys and add 1000 products, then later you decide you want to change the store direction and start over and you **delete ALL products** , and now you want to now sell shoes... guess what? all previous imports count against you and you will need to upgrade the plan... even if you have 5 products in your store going forward, all previous imports count against your plan.

Users beware. They will hold your reviews ransom when it is time to uninstall the app and only give you not even 1% of the reviews you imported into the app. The app wills slow your site speed down which means low conversions because they do not resize your review images. Never again.

For your export reviews case, because of the app limitation, to export all reviews, it will take time and need Dev's support, so it's the main reason if you need it urgently, we usually support to export the source "customer written reviews", so I highly appreciate your empathy on this situation

2. For the review image size issue, because you uninstalled our app, so it's hard for us to check your case deeper. Please consider to reinstall our app and let us have chance to support you with the highest priority. One of the worst companies and apps we have ever dealt with! After the initial 7 days free trial, we were placed on a plan costing $19.90/month where you can collect 1500 reviews per product (they claim we selected it, which is not true). We are a small company selling specialist garments that few people want to leave reviews for, so we have collected a total of 10 reviews in the 7 months we used Ali Reviews. When we realised that they had a cheaper option costing just $9.90/month, we asked why we were on the more expensive plan and asked them to refund the extra $10/month (a total of $70). They plainly refused to do so and gave a lot of excuses instead of being understanding and offering some good customer support.

Their app also do NOT have an button for exporting your own reviews, like all other similar apps have. We had to contact them and ask if we could please download our own data collected on our own website by our own customers. They asked why we wanted to download this data, and then told us the request had to be forwarded to their technical departement and that it would take some time to complete! I'm not even sure this practice is allowed!

Will never use this app or company again or recommend them to anyone.

This app was great for me at the $10 price point although once you upgrade your Shopify plan it FORCES you to upgrade to their $30 plan. That's a scam! Deleting this app and installing loox.
