Ali Reviews is perfect if you work exclusively with Ali Express which is fine for some. I found over time that to be limiting. The App itself works well, easy to set up. Support is good yet challenging as the it is really not set up for NA time zone support so you have to wait several hours for a response. However, the need for support is limited since it is really easy to set up and use.
The reason for the 3 stars is because again, for my purposes it is limiting additionally many of the reviews I couldn't use as the reviews were not about products but about suppliers. I suggest the system help to filter those so customers don't waste time sifting through those.

Der Support ist wirklich sehr gut. Kaum Installiert schon ist jemand mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle um einem wirklich sehr umfangreich zu helfen. Leider 4 Sterne, weil man bei dem kostenlosen Plan nur 5 Kundenbewertungen einfügen kann. Klare Empfehlung diese App!! :)

Todo muy bien y muy limpio, igual el plan de 10€ des de mi punto de vista ya tendrías de poder hacerlo casi todo, igual lo único malo es que el plan de 10€ se queda un poco justo. Por eso tengo de usar el plan de casi 20€ que des de mi punto de vista es un poco caro.
Si que es verdad que todas las reviews se ven super limpias en mi página web y muy bonitas.
