AliExpress support was responsive and effective when I encountered a problem with product reviews not displaying on my website. They identified the issue and helped restore the reviews, which were previously imported but not showing up. I’m very satisfied with their assistance and grateful for the fix

We subscribed to the essential plan for a few months but opted to switch to the free version as part of our cost-saving measures. This transition necessitated the manual deletion of the majority of our reviews to comply with the free plan's five-review limit, despite having imported hundreds. It would be significantly more user-friendly if the app facilitated review removal with the same ease as their importation or addition.
Consequently, I rate the app three stars. However, Joyce deserves a five-star rating for her assistance during this process. Her professionalism, patience, and understanding were commendable. Great job, Joyce!

Good customerservice, quick response time and easily able to manage product reviews, for 5 stars I would like to be able to automatically translate the reviews and the review container itself to the language that matches with the region the user is visiting the website from.

I sought the support of the team to set up the app and was assisted by Harwin. I find the app really helpful in importing reviews automatically from aliexpress with just a few clicks. The only downside is the price. Other than that I have no other concerns. I would really recommend the app. ShelloCB.
