I had an issue the app wasn't showing the reviews when I split the products on Oberlo, I reached out to Ali Reviews support team, and Jennifer was awesome, she worked on it and fixed it in 24 hours. She truly did her best, and now I can see all the reviews on both my product and collections pages. Great app, and Great team. Thank you very much Jennifer, Thank you Ali-Reviews :)

The customer service petey was very patient and helped me to solve the problem remotely, thank him especially.Awesome app
I used a custom Theme, and normally with other review apps (Rivyo, Loox), the stars of the products would not display out of the box. I would have to dig into the theme code and find the right place to insert the code snippet to make it work. I used a ton of trial and error to integrate the Rivyo app in my theme.
With this app, while I was trying to find the code snippet, their experienced supporting staff (Petey) reached to me and helped me with the integration within 3 minutes, and I can start importing the Ali Express reviews immediately.
With the instant and helpful support, I can rest my mind and search no further. This is the review app I would use for my shop and for my future shops.

This app worked pretty well out of the box. I previously had loox reviews and wanted to change, but after deleting loox it left over some code. The support team within minutes of installation had all that ironed out including the removal of the code and some custom edits. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend.
I'v been using this app for a while now and its very simple and easy to use. You just need aliexpress link to copy and paste. You can easily choose what reviews you want to publish and what you dont want, If you don't like the comment on review you can modify or complitely change it. If you need help or you have questions you get answers really quick from live support.
