Very bad
This application scam me!
The $ 9 of the PRO plan was debited to me and the operation of the application did not become effective.

Lose connection.When I got reviews of products, it was already pushed, although I set it up to require me to push it manually.

Very disappointing experience. Support is extremely bad. I wanted to check this app for a month or so. The day I was billed, I went for canceling my subscription and it deleted all my reviews. Also, my next month full access was gone for which I was billed for. To make it worse, the support team told me that this how it is.

Moreover, technical support is so bad that when I told them if I can get my reviews back then they accidentally added a button and put two reviews bars on my all product pages.

I well understood your issue, and am so sorry for this situation which happened to your store, for making this clearer.

At the moment, when you have cancelled our subscription, obviously all the reviews with previous Paid plan will be gone.

Besides, for the next month full access, we are not allowed you to login into our app with the Paid plan since it has been downgraded already. If you would like to use all of your next month full access, please kindly help me to upgrade without any extra charge for this action, and continuously using our app, and don't forget to downgrade to Free plan again before the date of the next billing cycle charge.

Also, please help me to check the following article to know more about what happened when you downgrade and upgrade our Paid plan (uninstall/reinstall)

They changed the policy without notice the users and charged me. This app was free when I installed it. Also the app has a lot of bugs and doesn't fit show well in my theme.

Not recommend.

Nothing is good with this app, no good import , no good translation, price exorbitant use ryviu is more usefull

This is by far the absolute worst app on shopify. The translations to english are terrible, completely mixes up all the words and review ends up making no sense. When you go back and edit the review, you hit save but it still does not save! It reverts back to the original on its own for no reason and you cannot save any edits. You also cannot change the font of the text, so it looks different than the font in the rest of your site. The worst part is not being able to make changes to a single review, so if most of your ali reviews are from Japan and you're trying to sell products in english, this app is completely USELESS.

Absolute garbage, I hope you make several changes to this app and maybe eventually I will re-install it. For now, I am wiping it off my app list.

Good at beginning but today I don't understand why the images doesn't load! Bad!! Fix the problem fast or I'll stop use your app and I think that I will not be alone! VERY SLOW! BAD!
USE OTHER APP! I UNISTALL THE APP!
