I was up at 2am working on my business website, trying to meet some deadlines. To my chagrin, I ran into some issues figuring out how to use some of the "widgets" within the app so I messaged into the chat toggle for help. I didn't expect help anytime soon... if they could even understand what I needed help with (considering the time of night and that I'm the least tech-y person on the planet). To my surprise, within 2 minutes Liz from the customer support team came to my rescue, and within 5-10 minutes we'd completely resolved my issue!
Fast reply and I was helped by Andy in a great manner! I will recommend this app to everyone. There customer service is great

The customer service on this app is very good and helpful. I was attended to by an agent named Molly who provided prompt and detailed responses to my questions and aided me in adding stars to my products on my webpage. I would however recommend that Ali Reviews allow for the verification of customers via order number, otherwise my experience has been good so far.
