Thank you for creating awesome app to save my time. Really saved a lot of my time.

However, there are some room for improvement.

1. Option to automatically pin reviews with photos to the top.
- If I choose 'only with pictures' There are not many reviews that matches the criteria. So often times, I leave 'only with pictures&content' unchecked and import all reviews, and manually go to manage reviews to pin the ones hand by hand. It would be great to import all and have the photo reviews pin to top automatically will solve Review Quantity problem as well.

2. There are quite a few times where the app shows 'can't find any reviews' even if there were. I double-checked the link and there are many products that showed same message.

3. Sometimes, only a few reviews are imported for some reason. Disregarding the criteria.

4. Bulk action button for all reviews. I have +70 products in my store. It is nice that there is Oberlo integration which saves me time (copy & pasting the link). But why not bulk action button for all? It would literally become 1-second import for the whole store.

This app helps me a lot, because it's a social prove, specially the coments that have photos are amazing! I'm certain it is worth.
For me the only problem is that it takes a lot of time to put this on the site because I have to chance the persons names one by one to a brazilian name, and also the translanting doesnt work very well so I also need to do this. Maybe you could improve this stuff to make this better. The name for example, you could put in your app brazilians names, italian names, etc. So, if the person selects that just want coments in Brasil, you put the brazilian flag and brazilian names when importing the coments and would be much better!

Votre app est très utile, je pense pas qu'un bon et fluide depart en e-commerce peut étre faite sans l'exsitence d'Alireview ,et aussi l'assistance du support comme Lisa qui me setient beaucoup pour reussir mon experiene, merci pour elle et pour tout les autres assistants. comme debutant cela m'encourage a continuer et essayer les autres app; thanks Lisa thanks Aliapps team..

Saves a lot of time! the application is very useful, especially for entrepreneurs. highly recommended and adds trust to the clients!

Great so far. Trying trying it out using the free version, which means I am having to add each review per item, one by one. Tedious, but I guess it will be worth it ... eventually :)

Excellent review app, easy to use and configure to personal branding etc. Comes with more features than I realised and support is spot on! Only niggle is that it sometimes doesn't load on tablets using Safari but apparently the developers are working to resolve this. Overall recommended.

I initially had a 1-star review after having a hitch with one of their support team who kept sending me links to their DIY articles when I had problems with ratings not working on my pages. However, I'd like to thank Lisa for basically rescuing me before I ruined my entire code. I'll refrain from 5 stars for now due to the apparent lack of automation in installing code...or maybe its just me. I'll revisit after testing out the app a little bit more.

Topgostei bastante, porem nao estou mais conseguindo importar os produtos do shopífy para o ali review, mas na primeira vez eu consegui e gostei bastante.
