I only just added the app, but so far I'm very happy with it! Its very easy to use & click around to find what I need.
I got a bit stuck on removing the customers country flags from reviews (As I only ship to Australia & most of the reviews were from overseas) I jumped onto the Ali Reviews chat & they got back to me really quickly. Andy was very helpful & even looked at my site & made a couple of suggestions of where I could improve using Ali Reviews. I was able to implement the suggestions really quickly & now my store looks even better.
As I am new to drop shipping I really appreciated the personalised help!

I used the app to show proof of customer satisfaction in reviews. Great service for my business improvement
Took a little bit to get used to it. And the cost is a little high considering I have to search each url myself. But its worth it to have social proof that might increase my conversions AND to have a platform where my customers can now leave reviews. All in all very satisfied.
