Not a happy customer at all. While the UI was good initially, beware of a couple of flaws:
1) They DO NOT offer combining reviews across multiple products, which is surprising given many other review apps provide this
2) The reviews importer doesn't work well (skips lots of reviews) even though we paid for the custom reviews integration
3) Once any product hits over 1500 reviews, you need to pay for the most expensive plan
I wish I hadn't invested time in importing my reviews.
I’ve been using the AliReview app for a while now, and I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service. The team is always quick to respond, and the assistance they provide is incredibly helpful and efficient. A special shoutout to Lauren—her support was outstanding! She was prompt, clear, and provided solutions that truly made a difference for my store. I’m grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend AliReview to others!
