I would have to say that this service is a great idea. But as i was adding my reviews to my products on shopify I realized that all of the reviews that had pictures or videos were not the same product that i was selling.. So after assigning them i had to go back through all of them and take away every review with a photo or video. It was very aggravating... So because of that and the fact that i' ...

Victoria the support person was not helpful at all. she said "It is out of my responsibility, you should do it by yourself." instead of trying to help me out. I asked to speak with a different support person, Harwin. This person was very helpful and helped me solve the problem that I was experiencing. Harwin deserves 10 stars.
