This used to be a good app with good customer service, now it's just full of bugs, slows down your website and the customer support is NO WHERE. They honestly never reply. No nothing, nada. All is some automated message:

"Please note that we will be slowing down the customer service from Feb 24 to Mar 15, 2018 due to scheduled maintenance."

DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THEM. They have degraded so much.

My product pages become messy after latest update. And no one answers my questions. Come On, please make it good again.

it steals order details. You don't need this permission to the app to work.

I uninstalled it directly after the update.

I'd installed alireviews on my store some time ago, but reviews kept disappearing from my store without explanation.

When I asked for help I just received a generic response which did not solve my problem. Lisa also took me through a roller coaster of BS back and forth for 6 days without offering any help. Worst support ever.

The support for this app is a joke. Pray you don't get assigned to "Ken." He can't speak better English than a 3 year old child and tries to get you to upgrade plans. The level of incompetence of their support makes this app not worth the investment.

Users beware. They will hold your reviews ransom when it is time to uninstall the app and only give you not even 1% of the reviews you imported into the app. The app wills slow your site speed down which means low conversions because they do not resize your review images. Never again.

1. For your export reviews case, because of the app limitation, to export all reviews, it will take time and need Dev's support, so it's the main reason if you need it urgently, we usually support to export the source "customer written reviews", so I highly appreciate your empathy on this situation

2. For the review image size issue, because you uninstalled our app, so it's hard for us to check your case deeper. Please consider to reinstall our app and let us have chance to support you with the highest priority. We have seen that one of our colleagues is taking care your case, he gave you a clear explanation on your case, please let him know if you need further support

scam , when you install it you see you have all the best feturein the 9.99$ plan after you pay the most importent feture are not including any more

They removed the free plan after I installed the app and imported the reviews. There are better apps for product reviews like Ryviu.

First of all, as I did check, you were still under Free plan because you had installed our app before we released new pricing plan last November, and certainly you can keep it as long as you want unless you uninstall our app.

if you're thinking of using this app, please don't

support is so bad that they don't even answer any of your messages, i had to report them to shopify so they can leave a message on my behalf

app is always lagging and support isn't even there

these guys are SCAMMERS, this is 3rd time I get scammed by their tricks, I don't even know why Shopify allows this, I was forced to pay twice as much as I should have for things that I didn't even wanted, they will tell you if you get this plan you will be able to import reviews from CSV, but after working on it for hours and then I try to import it says (max 20), MAX 20? I could do that on my own no need for an extra 20$ for it, I talk to customer service and they said "sorry, but you can upgrade your plan", and even if you do you can only do 200 and he sent me a different article saying that I can do only 200 if this isn't the scammest experienced you have ever seen in Shopify Idk what is

Here's Raymond from Ali Reviews - Product Reviews Customer Support Team and we are truly sorry for this inconvenience caused.

Regarding to your concern, I would like to explain it clearly as following:

1. The first concern is about "pay twice", within 30 days, you can downgrade or upgrade our app several times without being double charge or multiple charges on your billing payment. (Just approve the charge and you won't be billed twice). For your case, when you upgrade from Essential to Premium, the charge is prorated based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle according to Shopify Policy, please refer to this link for more detail https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-billing/your-invoice/apps#recurring-app-charges

2. Regarding to importing review from CSV file, there are limitations with import CSV function in Essential plan and Premium plan.

- For essential plan, the total number of reviews per product is maximum 1500 reviews (including reviews from AliExpress and CSV file). However, please be advised that for CSV file, you can import max 20 reviews. We are truly sorry for making you confused about this information, we will note this and improve how to show clear information in the next release.

- For premium plan, the only limitation (to keep performance in the best way) is that the HIGHEST Reviews Quantity Per Import is 200 each time. In case you want to import more, please take another turn and remember to uncheck "Remove existing imported review".
