Creates social proof, i love it. You're able to alter which countries you want ppl to see where the reviews came from too which is great and you can change the review if needed ( like for example, if you wanted to change the review to english and the country to america, you can)
So far my experience with this app more specifically the support team has been phenomenal. I've needed to contact support numerous times for many different questions I've had and one person, in particular, named Annie, has been the one to respond to nearly all inquiries, and each time she's been a very big help. Very good app, support really reactive, they helped me in no time.
Easy to manage, most features are simple and good.
This app is fast and have a nice and clean look and feel, plus it's easy to tweak with CSS.
However, I still miss a few :
* for some reason I can only import 5 or 4 stars review, not all of them.
* it doesn't detect duplicates nor propose to synchronize with new reviews (so when you need to update, you should manually delete all reviews from a product and re-import).
Jaxper was really useful, and helped me fix issues with my store that I didn't even notice, top G.
