The app is called AliReviews, but no reviews are downloaded from AliExpress. It is 100% not importing the reviews from AliExpress. The name of the app does not fit at all and only confuses.The reviews are generated and duplicated, e.g. Great experience, Great experience, etc.. The settings can be adjusted, but they are not applied. The reviews are in Arabic, Spanish, Russian, etc.
I had contacted the support, but they forward me to another department. On the contrary, it only harms your website because of the strange reviews.

Did not work on my themes and the instructions are outdated. There's even an update link to click when you switch themes but that doesn't work either. What's confusing on top of that is when you click the [UPDATE] link it takes you to a screen to download their plug-in (what does that have to do with updating your theme when I'm already inside the app itself?) which doesn't work either. It wouldn't be so bad if I could get customer support to assist but it's very difficult to contact them. Did they have a mass-firing of all their support staff?

costumer support is never available and you have to wait 3 days for them t be online. some products arent showing up and cant put reviews on them.

I have always problems with the app now again with a liquid code on the site what the customer can see. It's really a bad app. Customer service is never there. The respond time is about two weeks. My advice dont install the app it makes a mess of your site.

It seems most of the reviews are fake. It doesn't help the buyers either the store.
Not as good app.
And pay $9 for it? I don't think so!

As I have checked your conversation with my colleague and seen that your last billing cycle had been charged before you uninstalled our app, for making it clear the last charge was for the previous billing cycle which came along with Shopify monthly charge. We did not charge you after you uninstalled the app. The subscription was totally canceled.

Made me site slow don't use it at all. The worst app for the reviews. It will make your site slow too

(we wish we could give 0 star) This app is asking us to upgrade like every 2 weeks. We JUST started paying more with them (double actually...) and they're now doubling their bill AGAIN. This is unacceptable and we will look into other review solutions, there are many out there. ALSO, and what's most concerning, their JS is mesding up with the load speed of our site A LOT. Sorry for all these ALL CAPS but these developers don't know much what they're doing.
