They rolled out new CSV import, fantastic, now I can do my reviews much faster, but unfortunately, their so-called CSV "bulk" import only allows 20 reviews on medium plan, yes 20 reviews, and they call that "BuLK". I only want to import only 150-200 reviews to create trust to my customers and I need nothing else like fancy popups etc, I have to upgrade to their 50 bucks plan, total joke, don't waste your time.

First of all, thanks for using our app, and your feedback.
Regarding your concern about CSV function, Essential plan only allows to import 20 reviews each time, therefore in case you want to do more than that (for e.g. 150-200 reviews each time), you will need to upgrade to Premium plan.
In case you do not want to upgrade to Premium plan, we also provide an option to import in Bulk from AliExpress via Ali Order, or Oberlo. Please take a look from the below link for more details:

wow even on the basic plan you can't change or customise anything! This app is such a rip off. You literally have to upgrade for the most basic features. The functionality of this app is not as complicated but it costs just as much as shopify costs, but shopify offers way more than just importing aliexpress reviews. Im rating this app 1 star

This app simply does not work! And all the support says is "uninstall and install back". Do not recommend.
I enjoyed the app until i decided to remove it because it was causing my website to be too slow.
So i uninstalled it and the feature is stuck on my website.
Literally impossible to remove, had to get shopify support to do it.
I couldn't install it when I quit, asked me to pick out a plan, when I try to put the pro to it, I M not really gonna be sad
It's not working! Reviews are not being imported.
Import process is terrible. Why does the customer need a female AND male name in the csv file? That makes no sense. It would be great if the developers actually know how ecommerce works in western civilization.

Regarding your concern, this is the limitation with our current CSV function, and we have planned to fix it in the next release.
Also in order to bypass this issue, please help to create a temporary name when creating CSV file, and you can change it later using our Edit review feature.

They will delete all of your data if you downgrade ever. Extremely poor experience. Very Dissatisfied.
the app became pathetic after last update works very very slow so i uninstalled and got a mail from fire apps that bug has been fixed so i installed it again but the now review box doesnt show up. i can see my products and imported reviews but no reviews show up at product page.
i can't find my products it's not good
