FRAUD. Free plan states you can add 5 reviews to 10 products ... FRAUD. When I try to add just 3 to the first product it says "Please upgrade to Premium package to use this feature." FRAUD
I have 65 products in my store and dozens are not even active and this app claims that there are 65 Reviewed Products when I install it (FRAUD). No products have reviews so there are NO reviewed products. FRAUD.
It gets even better ... this app puts a 0 star rating on every product (up near the order button, away from where any reviews would be) and does not state "No Reviews" like reputable apps. This is SLANDER. So not only will they not allow me to add 5 reviews for 10 products, they SLANDER all the products in my store with a Zero Star rating right in the visitor's face. If they did allow me to add reviews for 10 products they would SLANDER the remaining products in my store.
YOUR APP KEEP CRASHING AND TELLS ME TO CONTACT SUPPORT ALL THE TIME .... I'M SO ANNOYED
I cant see reviews on my product page, I completed all the steps, I need help with support service !

I got your concern, it was because you don't have our app reviews box, so the imported reviews can't be seen anywhere on your product page.

If it doesn't work, please create a staff account for us and send to email: support@fireapps.io so that we could help you to add reviews box. Make sure to give us Products, Apps, and Theme access permission, then notice us on by a message. Our technical team will help you quickly.

When installed, you can see 2 identical reviews next to each other even with the same photos but with different names. This app is rigged and not really from Aliexpress! Also when you try to put in a new review, the app crashes. Not very good.
Deleted the App, and the option for the reviews won't go away, just showing a bounce of empty stars under each product
I installed the app twice on the same day and uninstalled the same day. They charged me twice for this and never returned on my refund requests. They even did not reply to the emails sent by Shopify agents related to my case. Very poor customer support.
Charging twice for the installation of an app shouldn't be a business model.
Very disappointed.

Regarding to your concern, I checked your store, and saw that review box as well as rating star have not been shown on your Product page and Collection page. Thus, I believe that you have not added suitable code yet.

my product page slowed down after installing this app. it could have been good if the app does not make the product page slow
Products probably work, if you can get past the poorly translated instructions. Customer service is abhorrent and otherwise absent. Instead of providing actual support they will read you the same line over and over, forward you to website links, and otherwise do anything BUT provide support.

First of all, I have reviewed all of your tickets in our system, and at some points, our agent was not able to provide a full explanation with clear details that might lead to your confusion, and we surely will take this as a lesson learn in order to improve our service in the future.
Secondly, regarding your concern for Ali Reviews app, you have asked to extend the Free trial period for 1 more week .
The thing is that you installed our app on December 01, and removed it on December 07, mostly 7-day (a week) already, and I could not see any interruption during this period.
Meanwhile, that is the time where customer can explore our app for Free, and we always encourage customer to contact us if any issue with the app. However there was No concern received, and I assume that No issue was found.
Therefore, the extended trial request is impossible, and we noticed you about the policy with 7-day Free trial previously via different channels, on Shopify store, on in-app Pricing, and at Shopify Approval Charge step. By clicking confirmation on Approval Charge page, you have agreed with this policy, and we could not change it.
